Yes. Our Free plan includes a provider profile, up to 3 portfolio photos, 1 service listing, 1 coverage area and 1 business location. You can receive customer enquiries, exchange messages and collect customer reviews without a paid subscription.

No. Customer enquiries and messaging are available on every plan, including Free.

No. Paid plans offer additional features and promotional visibility, but enquiries and jobs are not guaranteed. Results depend on factors such as customer demand, location, profile quality, reviews and responsiveness.

Paid plans provide access to promoted placements in searches that match your services and coverage areas. Promotional priority increases with the plan, and eligible providers rotate within each tier. Promoted listings are labelled clearly. A subscription does not guarantee first position.

No. Verification is separate from your subscription and requires successful completion of the applicable checks. Paying for a plan does not automatically verify your identity, business or qualifications.

How verification works

It means the provider has completed the checks described in Kaziloop’s verification process. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, reliability or the outcome of a job. Customers should still discuss requirements and check relevant qualifications before hiring.

How verification works

A service listing describes a distinct service you offer. Offering the same service in several coverage areas does not count as several service listings.

A coverage area is a town, city or district selected from Kaziloop’s location list where you genuinely provide services. Your plan determines how many areas you can select. An entire country cannot be selected as one area.

A business location is your branch or operating base. A coverage area is somewhere you serve customers. You can operate from one location and travel to customers in several areas, within your plan’s allowance.

Mobile providers can select the areas they serve without publicly displaying their home address. Any information required privately for account or verification purposes should be explained during registration.

Yes. Photo, video, service and coverage allowances apply to your entire subscription account. For example, Business includes up to 30 photos and 5 coverage areas shared across up to 3 locations.

Starter includes 1 portfolio video, Pro includes up to 2 and Business includes up to 3. Each video can be up to 60 seconds long. Portfolio videos are not included in Free.

Yes. You can request an upgrade or downgrade through your dashboard. Before confirming, you will see any charge and when the change takes effect. Upgrades activate after payment is confirmed; downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period.

Yes. You can cancel through your dashboard to stop future renewals. Your paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to Free.

Your profile remains, and you keep your customer reviews and existing conversations. You can select which content stays active within the Free limits. Photos, videos, services, coverage areas and locations above those limits become inactive rather than being automatically deleted because of the downgrade.

We will notify you and explain how to renew. If renewal is not completed, your account returns to Free when your paid access expires. Your dashboard will show your subscription status and any action needed.

This depends on the payment method available for your account. Checkout will explain whether your subscription renews automatically or requires manual payment. Your dashboard will show the next payment date or expiry date.

The billing currency and amount will be displayed before you pay. Check these details at checkout. Changing the country you browse does not automatically change an existing subscription’s billing currency.
