退款与取消政策

1. 本政策的适用范围

This policy applies to subscription fees and other charges paid directly to Kaziloop for access to its platform, business listings and paid features.

Payments for work carried out by independent service providers are addressed separately in section 7.

2. 免费促销期

Where a six-month free offer applies, no subscription fee is payable during that period. Free access has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Before any paid subscription begins, we will clearly display the price, billing frequency and renewal terms. Automatic payments will only be taken where you have authorised them.

3. 取消订阅

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation option in your account, where available, or by contacting support@kaziloop.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access will normally continue until the end of your current billing period.

Unless a refund is required by law or an exception below applies, we do not refund the unused portion of a billing period because you cancel, stop using your account or change your mind.

Deleting a profile does not replace cancelling its subscription. If you need help cancelling, contact us.

4. 可以退款的情况

We will refund verified duplicate charges, overpayments and charges taken after a cancellation that should already have taken effect.

We will also investigate refund requests where:

• A paid feature was not activated or supplied.
• A significant technical problem prevented access to the service purchased.
• The amount charged differed from the price you agreed to.
• You believe a payment was taken without your authorisation.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may restore the service, issue a proportionate refund or provide a full refund. A credit will only replace a refund with your agreement.

If Kaziloop permanently withdraws a prepaid service, we will refund the unused portion.

5. 通常不予退款的情况

Subject to your legal rights, refunds are not normally available solely because:

• You did not receive enquiries, bookings, clients or income.
• You did not use your subscription.
• You changed your business plans.
• You forgot to cancel an authorised renewal.

Kaziloop provides tools to help people discover and contact service providers. Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee a particular number of customers, bookings or earnings.

Account suspension or closure does not remove any refund rights you have under applicable law.

6. 如何申请退款

• Your name and registered account email or phone number.
• The payment date, amount and transaction reference.
• The reason for your request.
• Any relevant screenshots or receipts.

Please report payment problems promptly, preferably within 30 days of the charge. This requested reporting period does not shorten any legal deadline or statutory right.

Never send your password, PIN, one-time verification code or complete card details.

We aim to respond within five business days. If further investigation is necessary, we will explain the next steps.

7. 向独立服务提供者的付款

Service providers listed on Kaziloop operate independently. Before paying for work, customers should agree on the scope, price, deposit requirements and cancellation terms with the provider.

If you pay a provider directly, you should request any refund from that provider. Kaziloop cannot reverse a payment it did not receive, but you may report a dispute to us for review.

If a service payment is processed through Kaziloop, any booking-specific refund terms will be displayed before payment. We will explain the applicable dispute process and handle any refund responsibilities required by law.

This section does not exclude Kaziloop’s responsibility for its own actions or legal obligations.

8. 退款的支付方式

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method and in the original transaction currency.

We aim to initiate approved refunds within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.

For bank transfers or mobile money payments, we may need to verify the original payer’s details before returning funds.

The amount received in another currency may vary because of exchange rates applied by your payment provider.

9. 您的法定权利

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable cancellation, cooling-off or refund rights.

Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, that law takes priority.

10. 政策更新与联系方式

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will not retrospectively reduce refund rights attached to an earlier purchase.
