No. Searching, messaging and reviewing are free for customers, and Kaziloop takes no commission on the work. You agree the price directly with the provider.

Directly, however the two of you agree. Kaziloop is not involved in the payment at all, which is why we cannot reverse one. Never send money before you have met and agreed what is being done.

To browse, no. To message somebody or leave a review, yes. That is what keeps reviews honest and gives both sides a record of what was agreed.

Talk to the provider first, since most problems are misunderstandings. If that fails, report them from their profile. We cannot recover your money, but we can remove somebody and stop it happening to the next person.

Creating a profile is free, and the Free plan has no end date. Paid plans add more room on your profile and clearly labelled promoted placement in relevant search results. There is no commission on your work on any plan.

Most documents are reviewed within two working days. You will be emailed either way, and if something is rejected you are told exactly what to send instead.

Your profile is tied to the country you verified in, because that is where your identity document is from. Customers anywhere in the world can hire you, but the work itself takes place there.

Ask. Your dashboard has a link to send customers after a job. They need a Kaziloop account and must have messaged you through the platform, which is what stops reviews being invented.

That a person on our team looked at a government identity document and a photograph of the provider holding it, and was satisfied they match. It is not automated.

No. Verification is separate from plans and payments, and buying a plan never awards a badge. A person on our team checks each provider's identity documents, and the badge only appears when they pass.

A review can only be left by an account that messaged the provider through Kaziloop, and every review is read before it is published. Identical text used on more than one provider is flagged automatically.

They are stored privately, outside anything a search engine or a visitor can reach, and only the verification team can open them. They are deleted once the check is complete and the retention period has passed.

Your account moves to the Free plan when the time you paid for ends. Nothing is deleted: your profile, reviews and conversations stay. Photos, videos, services, areas and locations above the Free plan's allowance become inactive and are kept for you, and you choose which stay active. Promoted placement ends.

Yes. Every payment in your billing history has a receipt you can print or save as a PDF.

Whatever works in your country, including mobile money where it is available. The options are shown at checkout and depend on where you are registered.

Use the password reset link on the sign in page, which resolves it most of the time. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Yes, from your account settings. You will need to confirm the new address before it takes effect.

Use the Delete your account page (providers also find it under Security in their dashboard) and confirm with your password. Your account, profile, conversations and the reviews you wrote are erased, and this cannot be undone. Payment records are kept for accounting.
